Austin, TX announced today the acquisition
of Phoenix-based Cleanroom
Sciences in an all cash transaction. Applied Mechanical will now offer
Test, Certification,
and Maintenance services for cleanrooms and
mini-environments. This strategic move further establishes Applied
Mechanical's
position as the leading outsource provider of on-site
engineering, management, technical, and logistical support for advanced
technology
manufacturing.
