Aside from skills that fit the job scope, there are some specific requirements that CRS personnel must meet. The cleanroom industry can be a great career opportunity for anyone who is technically
minded. It does however, have some unique and sometimes imposing issues that
are demanded. We list most of these issues here, along with general skill descriptions

Requirements for all
CRS Employees:
Upon employment:
Drug
Testing:
Initial and periodic random
Background Checks:
US Citizen or Legal documentation to work in the U.S., No Felony convictions, or pending
legal actions or warrants. No history of termination for violent, disruptive
or unprofessional behavior.
Requirements for All Field Personnel:
Good communication skills, and ability to deal with technical customers.
Physically fit,
- with no ailments that would hinder using and working from ladders,
- loading/lifting instruments (up to 65lbs.),
Ability to work in Cleanroom apparel:
Ability to travel for temporary out of state projects:
- Usually 2 weeks or less but some may be more
- Once in a while, out of country projects
Reasonably Good Driving Record:
- No convictions for driving impaired, or under the influence of alcohol, or drugs
Safety Training Multiple Levels:
- Initial CRS Safety and Hazardous Materials Education.

and maintain a good working knowledge of CRS written Test/Certification procedures, and Operating Guides. (Material tested)
